Basement Waterproofing Blaine (basementwaterproofingblaine.com) is a lead referral service. We are not a contractor and do not do waterproofing, foundation or any other construction work.
How we're paid
When you call our number or send a request, we pass it to an independent contractor who serves your area. That contractor may pay us for the referral, for example per referral, by the month or as a share of the job. You pay us nothing.
Who you hire
Any estimate, contract, work, warranty or payment is between you and the contractor. Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents, and we don't guarantee their work, prices or schedule.
Calls may be recorded
Calls to our number may be answered by a person or by a virtual assistant and may be recorded, so we can pass accurate details to the contractor. You'll hear a notice when the call starts.
Before you hire
Ask for the contractor's Minnesota license number and proof of insurance, get the scope and price in writing, and look the license up with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.
